Fast and knowledgeable work. I walked in and told Joe that I needed a pair of everyday walking shoe and a pair of non-slip work shoes. I knew I liked an old model of new balance, and he worked off that. The two pairs he brought out both feel fantastic! I couldn't have been in for longer than 5-10 minutes. Despite the name, the store is great for people looking for casual street wear as well as athletes.

Ava was incredibly helpful & accommodating. She went out of her way to show my daughter multiple shoes so she was sure she got the perfect pair for her. I will always go to Athlete’s Source for anything they sell.

Just left the store one happy customer! Erik was very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and took his time to explain about the different sneakers he brought out to try on. I left the store with a totally different brand than I thought I needed. So happy we took the 1 1/2 hr drive. I will be ordering again from them.

Just wanted to share the great experience we had at this store. We have a 7 year old with limit communication who is autistic. Delaney was amazing with our little guy and helped him figure out his shoe size, helped him to pick his very own shoes and was just overall wonderful. We will be back!

I had a bizarre situation with an online order that could have gone really badly for me. The manager, Erik, and all of his staff members whom I talked with on the phone were patient, professional, and compassionate. Ultimately, they solved the situation for me and my shoes are on their way. Everyone who works at this store seem to be true professionals with world class customer service.

Good selection. Better service. It seems like they have at least one of each of "the best for the price" shoe for basically any exercise/activity. They might not have the exact shoe you're looking for but they'll have a very similar shoe that does all the same stuff well at a similar price. The owner seems super knowledgeable about this stuff. I'll be returning in the future for any runners, cross trainers, or anything else that isn't a work boot or dress shoe

Delaney was AMAZING—she answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect sneakers, slippers, and flip flops I needed. Great selection and knowledgeable!! Joe helped me get into the right shoes many years ago, and dozens of pairs later, my feet feel as good as ever on my runs. The thing about The Athlete’s Source is that they can actually help you get what’s right for your feet, your stride, your activities.

Run, don't walk for all you footwear needs to The Athlete's Source in the Big Y plaza!👟 I had the best sneaker buying experience ever with the owner Erik who personally made sure I got the right sneakers for work, play, and even flip flops. I had a terrible experience buying online what were supposedly high end sneakers that broke down only after a couple months of use. They have a lifelong customer here! Thanks!

Got a great pair of shoes at a decent price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I looked at a bunch of other stores prior to coming here but was very glad I ended up trying it out. I would highly recommend a visit.
